Paul joined Hayden in March 2010 to lead the underwriting, acquisition and financing functions for its initial fund, MIM-Hayden. Currently serving as Maguire Hayden’s Chief Investment Officer, Paul’s team has overseen the acquisition of more than nine million square feet including the deployment of approximately $840 million of equity and debt across four real estate vehicles.
