Terri Esposito serves as Building Manager for Hayden Management Company. Ms. Esposito is the primary contact for tenants in her geographic region and is responsible for the operation and integrity of the buildings in that region.

Prior to being promoted to Building Manager, Ms. Esposito served in different roles within the Hayden organization, including administration and property level bookkeeping. Prior to Hayden, Ms. Esposito had a ten year career as a manager of unclaimed property.

Ms. Esposito is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and has completed its Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.
