Building Manager

Building Manager in the suburban Philadelphia Region, Victoria Lozinak is responsible for the daily operational tasks for her assigned commercial properties. Victoria is directly responsible for the performance of the assigned assets, and she places emphasis on timely responses to tenants, diagnosing and correcting maintenance issues, and reducing excess expenditures for the assets.

Victoria provides owners more than eight (8) years of real estate experience, the last four (4) being in commercial real estate. Victoria began her career working in residential real estate assisting with marketing, contract compliance, and sales. When she started in commercial real estate, she worked in the accounting department at Liberty Property Trust. Soon after, Victoria transitioned into commercial property management assisting a team managing 2.2 million square feet in the suburban Philadelphia market.

She played a major role in tenant satisfaction, tenant appreciation events, vendor correspondence, and implementing new amenities for properties and owner associations. Later, Victoria joined Hayden Management Company overseeing one (1) million square feet in both the Northern Virginia and suburban Philadelphia commercial real estate markets. As an Associate Building Manager, Victoria gained additional management experience in hiring and managing a team of engineers for her properties.

Mrs. Lozinak’s portfolio consisted of both office and industrial space while learning to navigate the unique nature of life-science and government-contractor tenants and building systems. Victoria was instrumental in facilitating the transition of various properties, creating operational programs for newly acquired assets, and asset improvement planning for lease-up or lease retention. Victoria also worked to provide additional amenities, adding value to the tenants at each property.

Mrs. Lozinak has gained valuable experience managing various building types and uses, which she used as the foundation for her transition to CBRE, Inc. As a Real Estate Manager with CBRE, Inc., she was responsible for overseeing a team of associate managers and building personnel. She had a diverse role which included handling tenant concerns, acting as a liaison between the owners and tenants, capital and property level budgeting, monthly financial reporting, expense reconciliations, and mentoring her team.
