Joe Hayden joined Maguire Hayden in 2025 as a Leasing & Acquisitions Associate. Prior to joining Maguire Hayden, he began his career on the acquisitions team at Point Acquisitions, where he gained hands-on experience in deal execution.

At Maguire Hayden, Joe supports all portfolio transactions with analytical modeling, due diligence, and transaction management for both leasing and acquisitions, and pairs advanced spreadsheet and financial analysis with on-the-ground tenant relations. As the oldest of five siblings, he brings leadership, clear communication, and a collaborative approach.

Joe graduated from Villanova University in 2024 with a major in Real Estate and a minor in Finance. Outside work he’s an avid golfer and spends summers with his family in Ocean City, NJ.
