In the pre-construction phase, Hayden’s construction team provides project estimating, test-fit design, renderings, and value engineering consultation. In this phase, our team also specializes in the selection and coordination of architectural and engineering services, with an emphasis on cost control and proper pairing of expertise.
In the construction phase, the Hayden team manages the project by providing oversight, payment application review, change order review, routine on-site meetings and schedule control. During this phase, our team’s goal is to ensure an orderly and controlled construction process that produces on-schedule and on-budget results.
Post construction, the focus is on project close-out, completion of punch list items, final payments, coordination with tenant vendors and move-in coordination and assistance.
