Our Firm History
Maguire Hayden Real Estate was founded in 2008 by the late Tony Hayden, Sr., a leading figure in the commercial real estate industry in the Philadelphia area. He was a true visionary, a successful real estate entrepreneur and businessman. He built Maguire Hayden on the foundation of impeccable values, strong relationships, sound investment expertise, and exceptional business acumen. Tony had a humble upbringing, but he worked hard and served the industry for over 50 years, opening the Cushman Wakefield Philadelphia office, launching 3 successful funds, and serving on the Board of Trustees for Liberty Property Trust, one of the largest industrial REITS in the country prior to its acquisition by Prologis. We lost Tony, Sr. in 2018 but his son, Tony, Jr. was well prepared to take the helm. Sharing his father’s love of real estate, Tony, Jr. started working with his late father over 25 years ago. Under his leadership, Maguire Hayden has continued to deliver results to its investors, tenants and employees and the company is in the process of launching its fourth investment vehicle.
