Anthony J. Hayden currently serves as Principal and CEO of Maguire Hayden Real Estate Company, a privately-held, fully integrated commercial real estate investment and operating firm based in Conshohocken, PA. The company primarily acquires, repositions and manages office, industrial and flex properties in the Mid-Atlantic region.
As a Principal, he is responsible for identifying opportunistic real estate investments in the high-growth Mid-Atlantic region. He also oversees all leasing activity for acquired properties. Mr. Hayden has been with the Maguire Hayden team since 2005.
Mr. Hayden is a graduate of Mount Saint Mary’s University, where he received a full basketball scholarship. As Captain, he led the team to the NCAA tournament in 1999, playing against Michigan State in the opening round. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Mr. Hayden is a current board member at the Academy of Notre Dame de Namur in Villanova and a past board member at St. Joseph’s Preparatory School in Philadelphia. Maguire Hayden is a business sponsor for the Cristo Rey School in Philadelphia, and a member of the windmill society for the Broad Street Ministries. He was also recently honored by the Philadelphia Business Journal as a Forty Under 40 Award winner, which recognizes the most talented up and coming leaders in the region.
Tony resides in Villanova with his wife and five children. Tony enjoys golf, tennis, Ocean City/Avalon, NJ in his free time. Fun Fact – Tony lead his basketball team to the NCAA tournament in 1999!
