Responsible for the coordination of design and contracting services on both tenant and capital improvement jobs for our buildings.  I manage the construction and ensure accuracy in schedule, budget, and overall project completeness.

Prior to Hayden, I served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps from 2011 through 2016, before transitioning into the USMC Reserves and working as a Project Development Manager in the multi-family housing sector of real estate development.  I graduated from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.
