Kevin Delgrosso is the Property Controller for the Hayden Management Company. He oversees and supports the property accounting group.

Kevin has over 10 years of accounting experience, having recently worked for a home builder for approximately 3 years as their Accounting Manager where he was responsible for overseeing the financial close process. Prior to that he spent 5+ years in property accounting at both Liberty Property Trust, and American Realty Capital.

Kevin is a graduate from Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor’s degree in both Accounting and Finance.
