The Maguire Hayden investment management team has successfully and strategically validated their investment model over the past 15 plus years. They have continued to deliver results to its investors, tenants and employees and the company is now in the process of launching its fourth investment vehicle. For this fourth fund, their strategy is acquiring primarily underperforming and/or mismanaged specialized industrial, warehouse, flex and mixed-use properties in the Mid-Atlantic region and southeastern U.S. at attractive levels and adding value by improving, repositioning, stabilizing, managing and selling opportunistically.

Their exceptional market visibility and network of contacts drives deal flow, including proprietary, limited auction opportunities, and off-market opportunities.

Our senior management team has a strong history of value creation. Our chief investment manager, Paul Yeakel, has lead the investment team since 2010. He and the team have a proven ability to acquire well-located, income-producing assets in attractive markets, develop and execute asset-specific value-add plans, and exit opportunistically.
