We have architects who can help you figure out the exact amount of industrial space you may need. Typically, they will start the conversation by asking you about the following requirements: racking space, dock doors, drive-in doors, clear height, office space, outdoor storage, etc.. And then they will put together a floor plan based on these exact requirements. Our architect is top notch – they will make the process super easy!

This will be determined by how long your company is able to commit to a lease and the amount of improvements the space will need.

After the architect finalizes the floor plan, our in-house construction manager will price out the improvements.
