One Shenandoah Valley Drive in Strasbourg, VA was originally a single tenant building but will now be repositioned into two warehouses. Its location is prime, given that it sits along the active I-81 corridor where it intersects with Interstate 66, making it well-positioned to serve tenants migrating out of the Northern Virginia (NoVa) market. It is also just 60 miles west of Washington, D.C. and only 13 miles from the VA Inland Port, a Norfolk Southern intermodal container transfer facility that receives/delivers rail cars to/from the various Port of Virginia seaports with subsequent rail access to Northwest and Southeast markets.
